1st Club 10

Hertfordshire Wheelers started their season-long 10-mile time trial league on April Fool’s Day but the weather was no joke. A temperature a couple of degrees above freezing took the edge off the riders’ performance with competitors posting times slower than in last year’s event. The winner remained the same however, Gareth Wignall taking first place in a time of 24:30.
Eight hardy riders took part on the F6a/10 course at Cole Green and the full results were:

8. Paul Fennel DNF (puncture)
