Wheelers' Road Race - Latest on the arrangements

Lots of work has been done, entries are coming in, many have volunteered their time but more help is still needed. Please see here for for the list of duties plus those - in red - that are still to be filled.

Many thanks to all those who have already volunteered. I will email you all more specific details AND there will be a short briefing meeting at Allenburys on Thursday evening 24th September 8.00 pm to distribute signs and discuss various duties and latest information.  
However, there are still a few vital tasks yet to be allocated.  If necessary, I will have to ask 4th marshals to take on extra tasks elsewhere, but we could always use a few more helpers.   We are particularly in need of someone to organise and run the refreshments . S/he does not have to be present all morning, although an earlier start is always appreciated. AND whoever takes this job on is usually asked to look after the HQ and the licences for distribution to early returning DNF riders. BUT these jobs do not have to be done by the same person.
