Martin Wheeler

Last summer Martin Wheeler joined Peter Walton on their successful Paris-Brest-Paris ride. That was just before Martin left us to move down to Devon. Shortly after that Martin had a bad crash. He is making a slow recovery with help from physio and a neck brace.
We gave Martin and Peter medals to commemorate their achievement. Martin has sent us the following message:

Just a quick note to say thank you to Herts Wheelers for the award for finishing the PBP. It's a great trophy and I really appreciate the award. I hope everyone who followed us on the event web site enjoyed it and may even be inspired to consider such madness themselves! I'm hoping to make the Wheeler's audax rides this year so may see you again then.
